SERVICE
     Our company intends to establish the following organizational and material infastructure in order to comply with its obligations toward Motorola Inc. Those plans will be revised in line with our prospective partner’s proposals.
 Custooms Procedures
     Taking into account that goods may arrive by roads as well as by air we have sought an experienced customs broker with established contacs with the customs offices in questions, and finally selected Özemir Gümrük Müşavirliği Ltd. Şti. as our contractual partner for customs procedures. For detailed information about this customs broker please refer to the companr presentation Attachment 1.
     With the workload to be expected we intend to set up a dedicated office for the broker in our main warehouse in order to improve communication efficiency. One employee will be explusively assşgned to this office.
 Delivery
Cleared goods will be taken from customs warehouse and brought to our main warehouse from where they will be loaded and delivered in accordance with incoming orders. In order to overcome transportation bottlenecks in time of order suges we have concluded contracts with the forwarding companies wich we were using since a long time.
 Storage
     The warehouse infrastructure has been planned to enable unloading of 30 truckloads and of loading 50 trucks daily. For this purpose a warehouse facility will be used that permits paralel loading and unloading at two different points.
     The storage facility will be designed and structured to fully comply with Motorola Inc.’s security demands (TAPA and ISO 18001). For details of the storage facility, its layout plan and further information please refer to Attachment 2.
 Additional Services for Motorola
     The main services of prospective cooperation comprise customs procedures, storage and delivery. Upon request they may be extended with a range of addtional services which will be offered with the same Professional attitude and efficiency.
 Training Facility
     Within the warehouse area lies a fully equipped training facility (Office equipment, barcovission and other tools and devices) with a capacity of up to 50 participants.
 Laboratory Services
     The warehouse facility comprises a laboratory that can be equipped as needed.
 Goods Monitoring System
     We have contracted an IT company (Cemsa Ltd.) for swift hardware and software support of the IT equipment used during loading, unloading and storage procedures. This company will install the software needed for efficient goods monitoring management, and service it to ensure uninterrupted use. Another program will provide internet-bassed Access for remote monitoring of goods movements.
 Personel Recruitment
     We have signed service contracts with a human resources expert and a law office specialized in labor law in order to ensure employment of our staff including personel requested by Motorola in line with legal regulations.
 Regional Warehouse Service
     Another area of additional services is managment of regional warehouse. As it would improve integration between the centre and the regions, it would have a possitive impact on service quality and speed.
